Cost:

Includes all room, food, materials costs from Saturday evening-Thursday lunchtime.

Rooms with shared bathrooms (dorm style) – £400*

Upon request, we will try to match you with a preferred roommate.

* £200 non-refundable deposit is due when application form is submitted.

Transportation:

The London Gatwick (LGW) airport is the closest airport, about 12km (13 minute drive). London Heathrow (LHR) airport is around 70km (about an hour drive depending on traffic).

We cannot provide transportation to/ from the airport but recommend using a local taxi or shuttle service like Uber or Bolt.

Check-In:                               

Registration is from 3:00 – 5:00pm on February 15th, 2025. You will receive your room assignments and training materials at that time. If you need to arrive earlier that day, you are welcome to walk around the beautiful grounds. 

Check-Out:

Important!!  You must attend the entire training (Saturday evening through Thursday at 2pm).  Please make your flight / travel arrangements accordingly.

Meals:

All meals will be provided.  The first meal is dinner on Saturday evening at 6:30pm and the last meal is lunch on Thursday afternoon.

Schedule:

Each day consists of 3 general sessions, and 2 small group meetings, which begin at 9:00 AM and ending around 9:30 PM. All sessions are mandatory and must be attended.

Appropriate Attire:


Please choose modest, comfortable attire for the week. You will need to walk outside from your lodging to the main meeting area so please wear comfortable shoes and be aware that there may be rain.

Overnight Lodging:

Weather & What to Bring:

London weather in February can be chilly and rainy. Expect high temperatures of about 45°F-50/ 7-10°C, and low temperatures of 35°F-40/ 2-5°C with possible precipitation.
